惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's moods are unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business system, closed-off, with unclear promotion prospects).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive uninformed senior management (an intern who stayed at a well-known advertising company for less than a year can come here and hold a managerial-level position).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only count against you, not benefit you, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be exchanged for money in the same month; they can only be converted into compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter).

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with suppliers, congratulations—you will develop the shameless ability to slash prices, becoming notorious throughout the industry for squeezing partner suppliers dry and cutting prices to the bone, until you end up on their blacklist.

8. Because of the nature of the work, if any products you come into contact with are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the agency's products).

9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a promotional sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming to work sounds exciting, right?).

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find the company ridiculous. If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome aboard.
