惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has a very traditional industry mindset (a family-run business structure, closed-off, with unclear promotion policies).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who worked for less than a year at a well-known advertising company can come here and take on a managerial-level position).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a mystery).

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will hone the skill of shamelessly haggling, cutting prices until you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your vendors dry, and drive prices down to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related circumstances, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single authorized product).

9. The company's events and sales have complicated groups of people coming and going. There was once a theft at a sale, with goods worth hundreds of thousands stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming to work sounds exciting, right?).

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find everything about it laughable. If you want to become one of the people everyone looks down on, welcome.
