惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand distributor, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business structure, closed-off, with unclear promotion prospects)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; being capable is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the work (an intern who stayed at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take on a managerial-level position)

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt, not help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect ideas)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter)

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive ability to haggle shamelessly. You can become notorious throughout the industry, squeeze your vendors dry, bargain them down to the bone, and end up on their blacklist.

8. If any products you handle in the course of your work are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single authorized-distribution product)

9. The company's special sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which merchandise worth hundreds of thousands was stolen, and the company required all sales associates working that shift to reimburse the full retail value (Coming in for a shift and having to pay over a hundred thousand—isn't that exciting?)

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find everything about it laughable. If you want to become one of the people the industry looks down on, welcome aboard.
