惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company changes its decisions from one day to the next, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-off, with unclear promotion prospects)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior managers who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take on a managerial-level position)

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only count against you, not add value, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be exchanged for money in the same month; they can only be converted into compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a whole other mystery)

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of haggling prices. You can become notorious in the industry for squeezing cooperating vendors dry and cutting prices to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related contact, if any products you handle are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the agency’s products)

9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth hundreds of thousands were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail value (Having to pay more than 100,000 just for showing up to work sounds exciting, doesn’t it?)

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry. Its sales, marketing, public relations, and other operations all seem ridiculous to industry professionals. If you want to become part of the despised group, you are welcome to join.
