1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.
3. There are quite a few food options nearby.
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business, closed-off, with an unclear promotion system).
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive uninformed senior management (an intern who worked for less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take on a managerial-level position).
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions).
5. The pay is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another story).
7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an incredible ability to haggle shamelessly. You can bargain until you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your partner vendors dry, and drive them to the point of being blacklisted.
8. Because of work-related handling, if any products you come into contact with are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品).
9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all the sales associates on duty to reimburse the full listed price (having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming to work—sounds exciting, right?).
10. The entire company is made up of fashion-industry outsiders. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find everything about it laughable. If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome.
