惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are relatively easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's moods are unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business, closed-off, with unclear promotion policies)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior executives who do not understand the business (an intern who worked for less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take on a position at manager level)

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt, not help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect ideas)

5. The pay is pathetically low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another mystery)

7. If your duties require you to contact and coordinate with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive ability to haggle shamelessly. You can become notorious in the industry for squeezing your partner vendors dry, cutting prices to the bone, and getting blacklisted.

8. Because of work-related reasons, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品)

9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a case where a thief stole hundreds of thousands of dollars' worth of goods at a sale, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail price (Wouldn't it be exciting to come to work and then have to pay over a hundred thousand dollars?)

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find everything about it laughable. If you want to become part of a group that is looked down upon, welcome aboard.
