1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality it has a very traditional industry mindset (a family-run business with a closed culture and an unclear promotion system)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who lasted less than a year at a well-known advertising company can come here and take on a position at the managerial level)
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be exchanged for money in the same month; you can only take compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another mystery)
7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will hone the shameless skill of aggressively cutting prices, becoming notorious throughout the industry, squeezing cooperating vendors dry and cutting prices to the bone until they blacklist the company.
8. Because of the nature of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the approximate average price of a single item from the brands the company represents)
9. The company's events and sales have complicated crowds coming and going. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail price (Coming to work and having to pay over a hundred thousand—isn't that exciting?)
10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion world. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find everything about it laughable. If you want to become one of the people others look down on, come join us.
