1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商; in reality, it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-minded, with an unclear promotion system)
3. Hiring is based on personal preferences; being capable is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who worked for less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and hold a position at the managerial level)
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter)
7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive ability to haggle shamelessly, cutting prices so aggressively that you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your partner vendors dry, and reduce them to nothing until you end up on their blacklist.
8. Because of work-related circumstances, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you must pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品)
9. The company’s special-sale events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which merchandise worth several hundred thousand was stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail price (Wouldn’t it be exciting to come in for a shift and have to pay over a hundred thousand?)
10. The entire company is an outsider to the fashion industry. From sales and marketing to public relations, everything looks ridiculous to industry professionals. If you want to become one of the people others look down on, welcome aboard.
