惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are relatively easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand distributor, but in reality it operates with a very traditional industry mindset (a family-run business, closed-off, with an unclear promotion system).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and fool uninformed senior management (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take on a managerial-level position).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another mystery).

7. If your role requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will hone the skill of shamelessly haggling. You can become notorious throughout the industry, squeeze your partner vendors dry, and bargain them down to the bone until you are blacklisted.

8. Because of work-related contact with products, if any goods are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one item of the represented brands’ products).

9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a case where a thief stole several hundred thousand dollars’ worth of goods at a sale, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail value (coming to work and having to pay back over a hundred thousand dollars is quite thrilling, isn’t it?).

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find it all very laughable. If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome.
