惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a lot of food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has a very traditional industry mindset (a family-run business, closed-off, with an unclear promotion system)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; being capable is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who did not last a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and hold a position at the managerial level)

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt, not help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money within the same month; you can only take compensatory leave (whether you can actually take it is another story)

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive ability to haggle shamelessly. You can slash prices until you become notorious in the industry, drain your partner vendors dry, and cut prices to the bone until you are blacklisted.

8. Because of work-related reasons, if any products you come into contact with are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品)

9. The company's events and sales attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale where goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming to work is pretty thrilling, right?)

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas all look laughable to industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome aboard.
