1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has a very traditional industry mindset (a family-business system, closed-off, with an unclear promotion system)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior executives who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take on a position at the managerial level)
4. It is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of mistaken concepts)
5. The pay is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter)
7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of aggressively haggling prices. You can haggle until you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your vendors dry, and reduce them to nothing, ending up on their blacklist.
8. Because of work-related circumstances, if any products you come into contact with are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one代理商品)
9. The flow of people in and out of the company’s promotional sales events is complicated. There was once an incident in which a thief stole several hundred thousand dollars’ worth of goods at a sale, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Having to pay more than a hundred thousand just for coming to work is pretty thrilling, right?)
10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry. In every area, including sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find it laughable. If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome aboard.
