惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient, with a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company changes its decisions constantly, and the boss's mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business, closed-off, with an unclear promotion system)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; strong ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who worked for less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take a position at manager level)

4. It is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than help you, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; you can only take compensatory leave (whether you can actually take it is another story)

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop impressive skills at shamelessly cutting prices. You can become notorious in the industry, squeeze your partner vendors dry, drive prices down to the bone, and get blacklisted.

8. Because of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the agency's products)

9. The company's special-sale events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales staff on duty to pay the full listed price as compensation (wouldn't it be exciting to come to work and have to pay over a hundred thousand?)

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry. In the eyes of industry professionals, every aspect—sales, marketing, public relations, and so on—is laughable. If you want to become one of the people others look down on, welcome.
