1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company constantly changes direction, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business structure, closed-minded, with unclear promotion prospects).
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; having strong abilities is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior managers who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising company can come here and take on a position at the managerial level).
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than benefit you, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another story).
7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an incredible talent for shamelessly haggling. You can become notorious throughout the industry for squeezing vendors dry and cutting prices to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.
8. Because of work-related contact with products, if any goods are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the agency's products).
9. The company's event sales have complicated groups of people coming and going. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth hundreds of thousands were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail price (wouldn't it be thrilling to come to work and have to pay over a hundred thousand?).
10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, people in the industry find the company laughable. If you want to become one of the people others look down on, welcome aboard.
