惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are relatively easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand distributor, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business, closed-off, with an unclear promotion system)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive uninformed senior management (an intern who worked for less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and hold a position at the managerial level)

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only count against you, not add value, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect ideas)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take that leave is another matter)

7. If your duties require you to contact and coordinate with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of aggressively haggling prices. You can become notorious in the industry, drain your vendors dry, haggle them down to the bone, and end up on their blacklist.

8. Because of the nature of the work, if any products you come into contact with are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single product distributed by the company)

9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a promotional sale in which merchandise worth hundreds of thousands was stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming to work—exciting, right?)

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas all seem laughable to industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome.
