惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Convenient parking; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company frequently changes direction, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理 company, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business structure, closed-minded, with an unclear promotion system)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior managers who do not understand the work (an intern who could not last a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and hold a manager-level position)

4. Extremely unfamiliar with the industry, operating entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt, not help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another mystery)

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive ability to haggle shamelessly. You can bargain until you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your partner vendors dry, and bargain them down to the bone until you end up on their blacklist.

8. Because of the work, if any products you come into contact with are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single authorized-distribution product)

9. The people coming in and out of the company’s special-sale events are a mixed crowd. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth hundreds of thousands were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail price (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds exciting, right?)

10. The entire company is a fashion-industry outsider (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas all look laughable to industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome aboard.
