1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商; in reality, it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-off, with unclear promotion prospects)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take on a position at the managerial level)
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter)
7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless ability to slash prices, becoming notorious in the industry for squeezing cooperating vendors dry and cutting prices to the bone, until you end up on their blacklist.
8. Because of the nature of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or dirty, you have to pay out of pocket to compensate for them (you can look up the average price of one of the agency's products)
9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Coming in for a shift and having to pay over a hundred thousand—exciting, right?)
10. The entire company is made up of fashion-industry outsiders (in sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas, industry professionals find everything about it laughable). If you want to become one of the people others look down on, come on in.
