1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.
3. There are quite a few food options nearby.
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's moods are unpredictable.
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商; in reality, it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-business system, closed-minded, with unclear promotion pathways).
3. People are hired based on personal preferences, so competence is of little use. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive uninformed senior management (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and hold a position at the managerial level).
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take that leave is another matter).
7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive ability to haggle shamelessly. You can cut prices until you become notorious in the industry, drain your partner vendors dry, and bargain them down to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.
8. Because of work-related responsibilities, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品 item).
9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail price (having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming in to work is pretty exciting, right?).
10. The entire company is an outsider to the fashion world. Its sales, marketing, public relations, and other functions are all laughable in the eyes of industry professionals. If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome aboard.
