1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.
2. The office is in a very convenient location for transportation.
3. There are quite a few food options nearby.
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.
1. The company frequently changes direction on a whim, and the boss’s mood is highly unpredictable.
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-minded, with an unclear promotion system).
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the work (an intern who stayed at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take a position at the managerial level).
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than help you, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another mystery).
7. If your duties require you to contact and coordinate with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an expertise in shamelessly cutting prices. You can become notorious throughout the industry, drain your vendors dry, cut prices to the bone, and end up blacklisted.
8. Because of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品 item).
9. The company’s special-sale events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which merchandise worth several hundred thousand was stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate the full retail value (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds exciting, right?).
10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion world. In every aspect—sales, marketing, public relations, and so on—it is laughable in the eyes of industry professionals. If you want to become part of a group that is looked down on, welcome.
