惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient in terms of transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss’s moods are unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality, it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-off, with unclear promotion policies)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; being capable is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior managers who do not understand the business (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take on a position at the managerial level)

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt, not help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter)

7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive ability to haggle shamelessly. You can bargain until you become notorious in the industry, squeezing cooperating vendors dry and cutting prices to the bone until they blacklist the company.

8. Because of the nature of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one代理商品 to get an idea)

9. The company’s promotional sale events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale event in which merchandise worth several hundred thousand was stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail value (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming to work—exciting, right?)

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas are all laughable in the eyes of industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people others look down on, welcome.
