惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office is in a very convenient location for transportation.

3. There are quite a few food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand distributor, but in reality it has a very traditional industry mindset (a family-business structure, closed-off, with an unclear promotion system).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior executives who do not understand the business (an intern who lasted less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take on a managerial-level position).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt, not help, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a whole other mystery).

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will hone the skill of shamelessly bargaining, cutting prices until you become notorious in the industry, draining your partner vendors dry and bargaining them down to the bone, until you end up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related circumstances, if any products you come into contact with are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single authorized-distribution product).

9. The company's event sales attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (coming to work only to have to pay over a hundred thousand—isn't that exciting?).

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion world. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find everything about it laughable. If you want to become one of the people others look down on, welcome.
