惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商; in reality, it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business system, closed-off, with unclear promotion opportunities).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior managers who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take on a managerial-level position).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only count against you, not add value, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another story).

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the skill of shamelessly bargaining, cutting prices so aggressively that you become notorious in the industry, draining the vendors dry and driving them to the point of being blacklisted.

8. Because of the nature of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品 item).

9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once an incident in which a thief stole several hundred thousand dollars’ worth of merchandise at a sale, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (having to pay over a hundred thousand dollars just for showing up to work sounds exciting, right?).

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas are all laughable in the eyes of industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people others look down on, welcome aboard.
