惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business, closed-off, with unclear promotion prospects).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; being capable is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who spent less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take on a managerial-level position).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect ideas).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be exchanged for money in the same month; they can only be converted into compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another mystery).

7. If your role requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop exceptional skills at shamelessly haggling prices. You can bargain until you become notorious in the industry, drain your business partners dry, and haggle them down to the bone until they blacklist you.

8. Because of work-related responsibilities, if any merchandise you handle is damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single item from the brands the company represents).

9. The company's special-sale events attract a complicated mix of people. A thief once stole hundreds of thousands of dollars' worth of merchandise at a sale, and the company required all sales associates working that shift to reimburse the full retail value (coming to work and having to pay over a hundred thousand dollars would be quite thrilling, wouldn't it?).

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry. Its sales, marketing, public relations, and other operations are all laughable in the eyes of industry professionals. If you want to become one of the people they look down on, you're welcome to join.
