惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company constantly changes direction, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality, it has a very traditional industry mindset (family-business structure, closed-off, with an unclear promotion system).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; being capable is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior executives who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take a position at the managerial level).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you and will not help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be exchanged for money in the same month; they can only be converted into compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another story).

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will hone the skill of shamelessly haggling prices. You can become notorious in the industry, squeeze your vendors dry, and bargain them down to the bone until you are blacklisted.

8. Because of work-related handling, if any products you come into contact with are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single authorized product).

9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales clerks on duty to compensate for the full retail price (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work—exciting, right?).

10. The entire company is an outsider to the fashion world (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas all seem laughable to industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people everyone looks down on, welcome.
