惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient in terms of transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company changes its decisions constantly, and the boss's mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand distributor, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-minded, with unclear promotion policies)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; being capable is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior executives who do not understand the business (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take on a manager-level position)

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)

5. The salary is pathetically low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter)

7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an incredible ability to haggle shamelessly. You can bargain until you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your partner vendors dry, bargain them down to the bone, and end up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related circumstances, if any product you come into contact with is damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single authorized product)

9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate the full retail price (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming to work sounds exciting, right?)

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry. In every area—sales, marketing, public relations, and so on—it is laughable in the eyes of industry professionals. If you want to become one of the people everyone looks down on, welcome.
