惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few dining options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-business system, closed-minded, with unclear promotion policies).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; capability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and fool senior executives who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take on a position at the managerial level).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only count against you, not benefit you, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).

5. The pay is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter).

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of aggressively bargaining until you become notorious in the industry, squeezing your partner vendors dry and reducing prices to the bone, until you end up on their blacklist.

8. Because of the job, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the agency's products).

9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once an incident in which a thief stole hundreds of thousands of dollars' worth of merchandise at a promotional sale, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail price (having to pay more than $100,000 just for showing up to work sounds exciting, right?).

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry. Its sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas are all laughable in the eyes of industry professionals. If you want to become one of the people others look down on, welcome aboard.
