1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.
3. There are quite a few food options nearby.
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商; in reality, it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-minded, with unclear promotion prospects).
3. Hiring is based on personal preferences; capability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive uninformed senior management (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and attain a position at the managerial level).
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt, not help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect ideas).
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another story).
7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive ability to haggle shamelessly, cutting prices until you become notorious in the industry, drain your partner vendors dry, and cut so deeply that they blacklist the company.
8. Because of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of an item from the brands the company represents).
9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds exciting, right?).
10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry. In every area—including sales, marketing, and public relations—it is laughable in the eyes of industry professionals. If you want to become part of a group that is looked down on, welcome aboard.
