1. Most colleagues are relatively easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company changes direction constantly, and the boss's mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality it has a very traditional industry mindset (a family-business structure, closed-off, with unclear promotion policies)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; being capable is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive uninformed senior management (an intern who stayed at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and hold a position at a managerial level)
4. It is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only be a disadvantage, not an advantage, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)
5. The pay is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another story)
7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will master the art of shamelessly haggling. You can negotiate prices until you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your vendors dry, and haggle until nothing is left, ending up on their blacklist.
8. Because of the nature of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single agency product)
9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth hundreds of thousands were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail value (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds exciting, doesn’t it?)
10. The entire company is a fashion-industry outsider (sales, marketing, public relations, and so on); in the eyes of industry professionals, everything is laughable. If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome aboard.
