1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.
3. There are quite a few food options nearby.
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-owned business structure, closed-off, with unclear promotion policies).
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; having real ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior executives who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take on a management-level position).
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take that leave is another story).
7. If your duties require you to contact and coordinate with vendors, congratulations—you will develop extraordinary skills at shamelessly haggling. You can bargain until you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your vendors dry, and drive them to the point of blacklisting the company.
8. Because of work-related reasons, if any products you handle are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the approximate average price of a single item from the brands the company represents).
9. The company's special-sale events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all counter sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming to work sounds exciting, right?).
10. The entire company is an amateur in the fashion industry (in sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas, it is viewed as a joke by industry professionals). If you want to become part of the group that gets looked down on, welcome aboard.
