1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.
3. There are quite a few food options nearby.
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.
1. The company frequently changes its decisions, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable.
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, a closed environment, and an unclear promotion system).
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take on a position at a managerial level).
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than help you, because everything you learn here consists of mistaken ideas).
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a whole other mystery).
7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive ability to haggle shamelessly. You can bargain until you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your vendors dry, and drive them into the ground until they blacklist you.
8. Because of work-related reasons, if any products you come into contact with are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the agency’s products).
9. The company’s special sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There has been an incident in which a thief stole hundreds of thousands’ worth of goods at a sale, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail price (having to pay over 100,000 just for showing up to work sounds exciting, right?).
10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry. Its sales, marketing, public relations, and other operations are all laughable in the eyes of industry professionals. If you want to become one of the people they look down on, come join us.
