惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company frequently changes its decisions, and the boss’s moods are unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-minded, with an unclear promotion system).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior managers who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and hold a position at the managerial level).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, working here will only deduct points, not add them, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter).

7. If your duties require you to contact and coordinate with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of aggressively cutting prices. You can become notorious in the industry, squeeze your cooperating vendors dry, drive prices down to the bone, and end up on their blacklist.

8. Because of the job, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one代理商品 to see how much that might be).

9. The company’s promotional sales events attract complicated crowds. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth hundreds of thousands were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate the full retail value (having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming to work sounds exciting, right?).

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry. Its sales, marketing, public relations, and other aspects are all laughable in the eyes of industry professionals. If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome.
