惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a lot of food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business, closed-off, with unclear promotion opportunities)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; being capable is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior executives who do not understand things (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take a position at the managerial level)

4. Extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only be a drawback, not an advantage, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; you can only take compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another story)

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an exceptional ability to shamelessly haggle prices. You can cut prices until you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your vendors dry, and drive them to the point of being blacklisted.

8. Because of work-related responsibilities, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you must pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single agency product)

9. The people coming in and out of the company's special sales events are a mixed crowd. There has been an incident where a thief stole merchandise worth several hundred thousand at a sale, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming to work sounds exciting, right?)

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas all seem laughable to industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people everyone looks down on, welcome.
