1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.
2. The office location is very convenient in terms of transportation.
3. There are quite a few dining options nearby.
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.
1. The company changes its policies constantly, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-minded, with unclear promotion policies).
3. Hiring is based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive uninformed senior executives (an intern who stayed at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and hold a managerial-level position).
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt, not help, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions).
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into pay during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take that leave is another story).
7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of cutting prices, becoming notorious throughout the industry for squeezing cooperating vendors dry and bargaining them down to the bone, until you end up on their blacklist.
8. Because of work-related contact with products, if any goods are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品).
9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. A thief once stole several hundred thousand dollars' worth of goods at one of these events, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail value (Having to pay over a hundred thousand dollars just for showing up to work sounds thrilling, doesn’t it?).
10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, etc.); from industry professionals’ perspective, everything is laughable. If you want to become one of the people everyone looks down on, come join us.
