1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company changes its decisions constantly, and the boss's mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-minded, with an unclear promotion system)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive the uninformed senior executives (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising company for less than a year can come here and take on a managerial-level position)
4. Extremely unfamiliar with the industry, operating entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions)
5. The salary is pathetically low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a whole other mystery)
7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the skill of shamelessly haggling prices. You can haggle so aggressively that you become infamous in the industry, drain your partner vendors dry, cut prices to the bone, and end up on their blacklist.
8. Because of the nature of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or dirty, you have to pay for the loss out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the agency's products)
9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of visitors. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail value (having to pay more than a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds exciting, right?)
10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry. In the eyes of industry professionals, everything from sales and marketing to public relations is laughable. If you want to become part of a group that is looked down upon, welcome aboard.
