惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few dining options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business structure, closed-mindedness, and an unclear promotion system).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is useless. You would be better off learning how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take on a position at the managerial level).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only count against you, not benefit you, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into pay during the same month; you can only take compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter).

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop exceptional skills at shamelessly haggling prices. You can cut prices until you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your vendors dry, and drive them into the ground, ending up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related responsibilities, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you must pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品).

9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale event in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail value (having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming to work sounds exciting, right?).

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, and so on); from the perspective of industry professionals, everything is laughable. If you want to become part of a group that is looked down on, welcome.
