惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business structure, closed-minded, with an unclear promotion system).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; having real ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive uninformed senior management (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and hold a managerial-level position).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only be a disadvantage, not an advantage, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter).

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of haggling prices. You can become notorious throughout the industry for squeezing vendors dry and driving prices down to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.

8. Because of the nature of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the agency’s products).

9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a case where a thief stole hundreds of thousands of dollars’ worth of goods at a sale, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds exciting, doesn’t it?).

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry. Its sales, marketing, public relations, and other operations are all laughable in the eyes of industry professionals. If you want to become one of the people others look down on, welcome aboard.
