1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient in terms of transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient, with a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-minded, with unclear promotion prospects)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior executives who do not understand the business (an intern who spent less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take on a managerial-level position)
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into pay in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter)
7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with suppliers, congratulations—you will develop an impressive ability to haggle shamelessly, cutting prices to the point that you become notorious in the industry, drain your suppliers dry, cut costs to the bone, and end up on their blacklist.
8. Because of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the agency's products)
9. The people coming in and out of the company's special sales events are a mixed crowd. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth hundreds of thousands were stolen, and the company demanded that all the sales associates on duty compensate the full retail value (Having to pay more than NT$100,000 just for coming to work is pretty exciting, right?)
10. The entire company is an outsider to the fashion industry (in sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas, industry professionals find it all very laughable). If you want to become one of the people everyone looks down on, welcome aboard.
