惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business, closed-off, with unclear promotion policies)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; strong performance is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take on a managerial-level position)

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt, not help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another story)

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive ability to haggle shamelessly. You can become notorious in the industry by squeezing vendors dry and cutting prices to the bone, eventually becoming blacklisted.

8. Because of work-related responsibilities, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品)

9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which merchandise worth hundreds of thousands was stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail value (Coming in for a shift only to have to pay more than a hundred thousand—exciting, right?)

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry. In the eyes of industry professionals, its sales, marketing, public relations, and other operations are all laughable. If you want to become one of the people everyone looks down on, come on in.
