1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.
3. There are quite a few food options nearby.
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable.
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-minded, with unclear promotion prospects).
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is of little use. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and hold a position at manager level).
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into pay during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another story).
7. If your duties require coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of aggressively cutting prices, becoming notorious throughout the industry, squeezing vendors dry and cutting prices to the bone until they blacklist the company.
8. Because of work-related contact, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you must pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single authorized product).
9. Company events and sales have complicated visitor traffic. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail value (having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming to work—exciting, right?).
10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion world. Its sales, marketing, public relations, and other functions are all laughable in the eyes of industry professionals. If you want to become one of the people others look down on, welcome aboard.
