惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with a very traditional industry mindset (a family-business structure, closed off, with unclear promotion opportunities).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; being capable is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and fool senior managers who do not understand the business (an intern who spent less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take on a management-level position).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, working here will only hurt you and will not help, because everything you learn consists of incorrect ideas).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter).

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop exceptional skills at shamelessly haggling prices. You can become notorious in the industry for squeezing partner vendors dry and cutting prices to the bone, until you end up on their blacklist.

8. Because of the job, if any of the products you handle are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the approximate average price of the company’s代理商品).

9. The company’s special-sale events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate the full retail value (having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds thrilling, right?).

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry. In the eyes of industry professionals, its sales, marketing, public relations, and other functions are all laughable. If you want to become one of the people everyone looks down on, welcome.
