惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are relatively easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company changes direction constantly, and the boss's moods are unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has a very traditional industry mindset (a family-run business, closed-off, with unclear promotion practices)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who spent less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take a position at the managerial level)

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt, not help, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a mystery)

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of slashing prices, to the point of becoming notorious in the industry, draining your partner vendors dry, cutting prices to the bone, and ending up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related circumstances, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single authorized-distribution product)

9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a case where a thief came to a sale and stole several hundred thousand dollars’ worth of goods, and the company demanded that all the sales staff on duty compensate the full retail price (having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming to work sounds exciting, right?)

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find everything utterly laughable. If you want to become one of the despised, welcome aboard.
