1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient, with a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商; in reality, it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-off, with an unclear promotion system)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior executives who do not understand the business (an intern who worked for less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and hold a position at the managerial level)
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt, not help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect ideas)
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter)
7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will hone the skill of shamelessly haggling. You can become notorious in the industry for draining partner vendors dry, cutting prices to the bone, and getting placed on their blacklist.
8. Because of work-related reasons, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the approximate average price of one代理商品)
9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate the full retail price (having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming to work sounds exciting, right?)
10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas all seem laughable to industry professionals). If you want to become part of a group that is looked down on, welcome.
