惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商; in reality, it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-off, with unclear promotion prospects).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take on a position at the managerial level).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you, not help you, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter).

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of haggling prices. You can bargain your way to becoming notorious in the industry, squeeze your cooperating vendors dry, and cut prices down to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related contact, if any products you handle are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the company's代理商品).

9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which merchandise worth hundreds of thousands was stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail price (having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds exciting, right?).

10. The entire company is an outsider to the fashion industry (in sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas, industry professionals find it all very laughable). If you want to become one of the people they look down on, come on in.
