惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business system, closed-off, with unclear promotion opportunities)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; strong abilities are useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive uninformed senior management (an intern who stayed at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take a position at the managerial level)

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only count against you, not add value, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a mystery)

7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the skill of shamelessly haggling, cutting prices to the point of becoming notorious in the industry, squeezing cooperative vendors dry, and bargaining them down to the bone until you become blacklisted.

8. Because of work-related contact with products, if any item is damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品)

9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Coming to work and then having to pay over a hundred thousand—isn’t that exciting?)

10. The entire company is an outsider to the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas all look ridiculous to industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people others look down on, welcome.
