1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality, it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-minded, with an unclear promotion system)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising company can come here and hold a management-level position)
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt, not help, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions)
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be exchanged for money in the same month; they can only be taken as compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another mystery)
7. If your duties require coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will hone the skill of shamelessly bargaining, cutting prices until you become notorious in the industry, draining the vendors dry and reducing prices to the bone, leaving them to blacklist the company.
8. Because of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of the company's代理 products per item)
9. The people coming in and out of the company's promotional sales events are a mixed crowd. There was once a theft at a sale where goods worth hundreds of thousands were stolen, and the company required all the sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail price (having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming to work is pretty exciting, right?)
10. The entire company is a fashion-industry outsider (in sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas, industry professionals find it utterly laughable). If you want to become one of the people everyone looks down on, welcome aboard.
