惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company changes directions constantly, and the boss's mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-business system, closed-off, with unclear promotion opportunities)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take a position at the manager level)

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions)

5. The salary is pathetically low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; you can only take compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a whole other story)

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of haggling prices. You can bargain until you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your vendors dry, haggle them down to the bone, and end up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related circumstances, if any products you handle are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the represented products)

9. The company’s special-sale events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once an incident in which a thief stole several hundred thousand dollars’ worth of goods at a sale, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Coming to work and having to pay over a hundred thousand dollars—isn’t that exciting?)

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry (in sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas, industry professionals find it all very laughable). If you want to become one of the people everyone looks down on, welcome aboard.
