惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has a very traditional industry mindset (family-business structure, closed-off, with unclear promotion prospects)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; being capable is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take a position at the managerial level)

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only count against you, not benefit you, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions)

5. The salary is miserably low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be exchanged for money during the same month; you can only take compensatory leave (whether you can actually take that leave is a whole other mystery)

7. If your role requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive talent for shamelessly haggling. You can become notorious in the industry by squeezing cooperative vendors dry and cutting prices to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related reasons, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one代理商品 item)

9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full listed price (coming in for a shift and having to pay over a hundred thousand—isn’t that exciting?)

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion world. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, people in the industry find the company laughable. If you want to become one of the people they look down on, come on in.
