1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a lot of food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company changes its decisions constantly, and the boss's mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality it operates with a very traditional industry mindset (family-business structure, closed-minded, and an unclear promotion system)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; being capable is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take a position at the managerial level)
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is anyone's guess)
7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive ability to haggle shamelessly. You can bargain so aggressively that you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your vendors dry, and drive them into the ground until they blacklist the company.
8. Because of the nature of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you have to pay for the loss out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single agency product)
9. The people coming in and out of the company's promotional sales events are a mixed crowd. There was once a theft at a sale where merchandise worth several hundred thousand was stolen, and the company required all the sales staff on duty to reimburse the full retail value (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds exciting, doesn't it?)
10. The entire company is an industry outsider in fashion (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas all seem laughable to industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people others look down on, come on in.
