惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand distributor, but in reality, it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-business system, closed-off, with unclear promotion policies).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior managers who do not understand the business (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take on a manager-level position).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only count against you, not benefit you, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take that leave is another matter).

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an extraordinary ability to haggle shamelessly. You can become notorious throughout the industry for squeezing partner vendors dry and cutting prices down to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.

8. Because of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single authorized-distribution product).

9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail value (Wouldn’t it be exciting to come to work and have to pay more than a hundred thousand?).

10. The entire company is an outsider to the fashion world. Its sales, marketing, public relations, and other operations are all seen as laughable by industry professionals. If you want to become one of the people others look down on, welcome aboard.
