惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company constantly changes direction, and the boss's mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-minded, with unclear promotion制度)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who lasted less than a year at a well-known advertising company can come here and take a position at manager level)

4. Extremely unfamiliar with the industry, operating entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only be a disadvantage, not an advantage, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; you can only take compensatory leave (whether you can actually take it is a mystery)

7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the skill of shamelessly haggling prices. You can become notorious throughout the industry, drain your partner vendors dry, bargain them down to the bone, and end up blacklisted.

8. Because of work-related responsibilities, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品)

9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of visitors. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth hundreds of thousands were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Coming to work and having to pay over a hundred thousand—isn't that exciting?)

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion world. In every area—including sales, marketing, and public relations—industry professionals find it laughable. If you want to become one of the people others look down on, welcome.
