1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-off, with unclear promotion prospects)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive uninformed senior management (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take on a position at the managerial level)
4. Extremely unfamiliar with the industry, operating entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only be a disadvantage, not an advantage, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect ideas)
5. The pay is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a whole other mystery)
7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive ability to haggle shamelessly. You can cut prices so aggressively that you become notorious in the industry, drain your partner vendors dry, and haggle them down to the bone until they blacklist you.
8. Because of work-related circumstances, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品 item)
9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming to work sounds exciting, right?)
10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas all look ridiculous to industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome aboard.
